ZipRecruiter’s powerful matching technology improves the job search experience for job seekers and helps businesses of all sizes find and hire the right candidates quickly. They are rated the #1 hiring site in the U.S. by G2. The Challenge ZipRecruiter was looking for a production company to shoot two different digital videos for TV advertising spots. They needed two 30 second spots (with 15 second cut downs), as well as still photos that they could use to promote the ZipRecruiter brand. But more than just the business itself, they needed to find a fit with their then-brand ambassador, Louis Oosthuizen, his team, and the golf club where the shoot took place. They needed the right creators for the concept, including a director, a director of photography, and editors, which is no mean feat. The Results ZipRecruiter had worked with toldright before and knew that they would be able to assemble the team required for this project. A digital video highlighting ZipRecruiter’s products was already completed and, knowing that they would be able to trust the team that would be assembled, they contacted toldright and got to work in early December 2021. The shoot went smoothly for everyone involved. Once the video had been shot, the editing team got to work on making sure everything was assembled quickly and correctly. The TV spots were on-air by the end of the year, and ZipRecruiter was so pleased with the work that they contracted toldright to begin immediate work on further still photography and audio work for another successful golf ambassador project.
