  • How many people do we need for our live event production staff?

    In general, we would provide camera operators, a director if needed, audio professionals, and any on-camera talent you might need, like a host or emcee. But it’s different for everyone, so let’s talk about it to make sure you know exactly who and what you’ll need to get this done right. 

  • How much time do you need before you can start?

    Depending on where you are and the people you need, the lead time for us being able to assemble the right staff is going to be a little bit different every time. Your best bet is to get in touch with us. We’ll work with you to make sure you get what you need. 

  • What about after the event? Can you make a video about what happened?

    As a matter of fact, that’s one of our specialties. Live event and conference highlight reels are great for motivating more people to tune in for the next one, so we give extra care and attention to ensuring you get the video that helps you keep them coming back.

  • Where will people be able to see the live stream?

    We can work with you to build a branded page where viewers can see the live stream via their chosen device. We can even put it behind a login and password for security, if need be, and can also add options for viewer interactivity. If you have your own digital space for streaming video, we can make sure it’s embedded there or stream via your social accounts. If there are multiple streaming locations, we can do that, too.
